1st Full Show

The first full show I produced.

The above link should take you where you can watch the first full show that I produced for I-News. All things considered I think its pretty good for a first show. While technically the second full show of the semester it's more or less the first show of the semester too. By that I mean it was the first to be done this semester. The full show released before this was made up of packages created by the producers from the semester before. This show was made up of packages made by my crew this semester.

Most of the crew is new to I-News and new to news production in general. Of my crew of nine only two have done I-News in the past and one did some news production in high school. The other six completely new.

The format itself is new. This is the first semester that we are producing full shows. The goal is to get at least six episodes done this semester that are good enough to be broadcast on BYU TV.

I had a number of technical problems, you'll notice the video is stretched in a few places. I minimized it the best I could. At least one of the packages was not formatted right which caused the stretching.

I also got it onto the web late, because apparently there is a size limit on the byuicomm website, that I didn't know about. That problem has obviously been solved now.

I hope that you like the show. Hopefully we'll have gotten many of these issues ironed out by next week.

My latest package for I-News. This was made to be part of the first show that I produced. That show is not up yet but (hopefully) will be soon. I'll have a link up and more details on it when it is up and ready.
